We will post you an easy-to-use foot impression kit that you return to us by mail for correct fitting. There is no need to be seen personally to get the correct fit. We cannot determine your correct arch size from your shoe size alone.

 

 ·         Enclose payment of USD 350.00 + USD 15.00 (postage & handling).

REFUND POLICY: To give you additional peace-of-mind in your purchase, we offer this additional limited warranty.

1. Wear the orthotics for at least 3 months, following the break-in instructions.

2. If you are having difficulty adjusting to or wearing the orthotics, ring us for advice and suggestions. We must have recorded discussions with you regarding your situation on at least three different days.

3. This is not a “changed my mind” refund policy. You must have tried your best to accept the orthotics, and be able to tell us exactly what problems you are experiencing.

4. If after 3 months of wearing the orthotics you are unhappy with the results, please call our office to request a return authority.

5. Return the orthotics with the Receipt and this Product Warranty for a refund.

6. The refund will be the amount you paid less $ 125 USD per pair.

7. No refunds will be considered after 4 months from the purchase date.
